National Development Fund and IMIDRO look forward to Shape the Renewable Energy Market in the Mining Sector
IMIDRO's vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors announced: The National Development Fund is seeking to shape the renewable energy market in the mine and mining industries sector, by IMIDRO’s leadership.
According to IMIDRO's public relations, Hossein Afshari in a meeting with solar power producers and major companies in the mine and mining industries sector noted:
"Providing sustainable electricity for companies in the mine and mining industries sector is one of IMIDRO's top priorities concerns, and this organization is trying to resolve this challenge by utilizing the existing capacities."
He added: "In addition to leading the implementation of combined cycle power plant projects, IMIDRO is also pursuing leadership in supplying part of the energy needed by mine and mining industries companies through solar energy."
Afshari,while pointing to the readiness of solar power plant manufacturers to work with the mine and mining industries, stated: suitable capacities are available in the country for the construction of such power plants. He noted that with the guidance of IMIDRO, this opportunity can be activated, taking a fundamental step towards sustainably supplying the electricity needed by companies in the mine and mining industries sector.
He continued: The National Development Fund, guided by IMIDRO, seeks to facilitate renewable energy in the mine and mining industries sector in order to accelerate energy exchange between suppliers and consumers.
