About $1.8 Billion Mine and Mining Industries Projects Launched or Completed by IMIDRO Leadership

According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, the figure includes main mine and mining industries projects which contains steel, copper, zinc, aluminum and infrastructure projects, Mohammadreza Movassaghinia added.

He declared that during the mentioned period, employment of these projects (includeing 14 main projects) were 3500 persons.

Operation of Sungun copper heap leaching plant, completion of Sarcheshmeh copper flotation, inauguration of Khuzestan DRI mega modulus(Zamzam3) and completion of Iran and Middle East’s largest copper concentrate plant in Mehdi Abad(Yazd province) are some of the launched and completed projects by IMIDRO leadership during the last year, Movassaghinia said.
