aluminum Ingot Production Climbs 7 % in Bahman 
                    
                                            
                             Tehran, Mar13, IMIDRO _Iran’s  aluminum ingot output during the 11th month of the current Iranian calendar year known as Bahman (from January 21 to February 20,2024), rise 7 percent y/y. 
                        
                     
                 
        
                            
               
     
    
        According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO,  aluminum ingot production of four major Iranian  aluminum companies during the Bahman month stood at 54,893 tons, indicating 7 percent growth compared to the same period of the previous year.
Likewise, during the first 11 months of the current Iranian calendar year March20,2023_February 2024), these companies produced ag aggregate of 582,200 tons of  aluminum ingots, registering 0.5 % increase yoy.
During the period under review, SALCO has the biggest share with 255,486 tons of  aluminum ingot production followed by IRALCO with 159,477 tons, Almahdi with 133,803 tons and Iran Alumina Company with 33,234 tons.
Furthermore, Iran Alumina Company produced an aggregate of 206,438 tons of alumina powder and 537,317 tons of bauxite during this 11-month period.
